Has anyone done this combo before? Are they compatible with each other like Powelock and 845?

I know the popular combo is powerlock and 845, but what about powerlock and 915? Anyone with first hand experience tried this combo?

I like Collinite 476s and 915 on white i have tryed the dodo white diamond and was not impressed.

The Collinite 475 Doublecoat is a very durable wax, i have all 3 Collinite waxes 476 915 and 845. For my winter i am going to use 2 coats of powerlock and 2 coats of 845.

What's wrong with using Wax and Grease remover? The product that bodyshops use.

I have use Castrol Super Clean and have found it a little more aggresive that the Purple Power. They are both better IMO than Simple green. For cleaning wheel, tires chassis and engine bays.

I just used 915 on a black Panamera last week and it looked great.

I have used the RainX FogX and don't waste your money it doesn't work.

Hey Poweraid could you pm me the info on the wheels you have on your F150? I'm in the market for a new set for mine but i'm a little confused about what backspacing and offsett to go with.

I think i will use the 300 then 205 on the microfiber and then the Menz folowed by the Collinite.

I have used the 845 several times and i know how durable it is but having double the durability...

So i guess i could use the D300 and use an actual polish in stead of the 301 then top with and sealant followed by Collinite.

I hope somebody can clear this up for me, my understanding is that the 301 is a polish that cleans up the marks from the the 300 compound. Therefore it shouldn't be a problem topping those to...

Hey Fussman i am using a Griots DA and the Megs microfiber pads alonf with the 300 and 301 compound and finishing wax.

I'm going to do a winter detail on both of my trucks. They both have very minor blemishes and water spots so what i'm going to do is.

1. Wash
2.Clay
3.Rewash
4.Megs Microfiber system
5. Menz...

I'm using a Griots DA with Lake Country pads. But if the microfiber system is guaranteed not to leave swirls and marks i'm probably better of going with it.
