Re: Did I waste time today with a LSP?

1.) Unless the Wax Manufacturer would happen
to state otherwise…Waxes don’t need to be
applied on a squeaky clean surface. They’re not
    finicky like Coatings.

2.) Mr. Griot doesn’t say that...

Re: Still struggle at times to get tires CLEAN

    I’m curious:

•Have you ever tried machine scrubbing
    your tires?
-IMO: it is the best way to really deep
    clean tires.

Get the below tools…and you’ll never
    go back to manually scrubbing...

Re: Gloss vs Glow, are all paints created equal

    •IMO:
-ClearCoat paints, while having a lot of
    similarities, also have their differences.

-Each OEM has their own in-house “paint

Re: How important is durability to you?

The older I get, the more important
the durability of LSPs becomes. Here’s
one of my ‘definitions’ of durability…

    system has just received an...

  9. Re: Need advice cleaning trim to prep for coating.

    From here…
It looks like Meg’s APC got it
    fairly clean.

Now, to get it even cleaner:
    I’d follow-up with McKee's 37
    Wax Remover for Plastic.

  10. Re: Your favorite product to use as presoak for rinseless wash?

    Here’s my take:

ONR Wash & Shine contains polymers
(that are, more or less, specific to this
    Optimum product’s formulation) which,
by forming a molecular bond to the
    surface: are then left...

    :welcome: back!

It’s always FUN when you’re around. :props:

    McKee’s N-914 is the only RW/WW out
there that I trust to function similarly as
    does/did Meguiar’s D114.
  16. Re: Need tips/ideas for applying tire shine to spare

    -The location:
•Unless you remove the spare from its
mounting, you’ll have to live with just
    dressing whatever is reachable, IMO.

    -The tread:
•Because of the likelihood of adverse ...

    For your consideration:

•I know for a fact that you’ll surely regret

Re: The right prep product for Profi

    •Paintwork Polish Enhancer, among other
