Onr Corvette, applied Wet Mirror Finish ( love this product ) took a drive on probably the last 70 degree day until spring.....bummed

Try cold water with a microfiber, worked for me. Good luck

I had this same situation, use caution, and do a test spot on the side with whatever you choose. I did this with one of the "plastic polishes" and it took the silver finish right off. Thank goodness...

I am definitely not a pro but do have a 2005 black Vette, used Megs microfiber correction system with tons of success. Had to put my 2 cents in. Have much respect for all that responded.

Use it everyday on the Vette to get the dust off and it really adds a nice gloss and shine. Great product!!

I just bought a 1200 watt halogen light with twin bulbs 600 watts each at home depot for 48.97I. Works great but it does get hottt.

I keep mine plugged in the garage, where I do my detailing. Stays charged through an entire day, as long as I keep it plugged in between using. Hope this helps

I had this same thing happen to my black Vette and used colorx on a megs da on 3. Came out perfect.

Had this happen to a motorcycle once...if sap has not been on for too long cold cold water will take it off. Use a microfiber and give it a try.good luck

Used scratch x just the other day on the Vette, works great but you need some "passion behind the pad". Finishes flawlessly
