Probably nothing will happen, my advice is to at least take off the tab and if you are being gentle with product removal your out come should be ok. Just my opinion.

I have never had an issue with low tack on any job, this is all I use.

What I usually do is use warm not hot water in your wash bucket then any gloves seem to work. This way you do get some relief from the extreem cold.
