Re: Preferred Bug Cleaner that will melt

P&S works great and is a value. 3D’s bug remover is also a valid option. Both are dilatable if purchased in gallons. APC’s work ok but not as well as dedicated bug removers.
  3. Re: Suggestions on a cheaper spray and hose off sealant?

Yes. Also a great drying aid.
  4. Re: Suggestions on a cheaper spray and hose off sealant?

3D bead it up can be used the same way as wet coat is is super cheap by the gallon.

Re: Dynabrade DB8 Geared Dual-Action Polisher

I can agree with this 100%.

But to add, I have used Dynabrade tools in an industrial setting for years, and they are superb quality. If I was looking for a forced rotation DA and this comes in a...

Dynabrade makes some top quality tools. I would be interested in this.
  7. Re: Ultima Interior shampoo no longer available?

    Sky’s the limit has it.
  8. Re: What product do you use as a drying aid after maintenance washes?

Actually that’s still very good. Reminds me I need to get more again!
  9. Re: What product do you use as a drying aid after maintenance washes?

Re: How many polishing pads per car?

Each compounding/polishing step. If applying a LSP, then only one pad for the whole vehicle.

Re: How many polishing pads per car?

    I would use 13.

    2 hood
    2 roof
    1 trunk
1 per each fender and door =6
    1 front end
    1 rear

Plus any smaller pads you may need.

They failed. I’m sure they could have gotten 3 more HP to beat the TRX’s 702

Re: Mike Phillips resigning from 3D Products

Re: Carpro Cquartz UK3.0 Topped with SIC

I do one layer of each. Love that combo. I coat with UK, do the whole vehicle then apply Sic right after.
  18. Re: If you could only choose one complete “system”?

CarPro gets my vote. The continually add and update products. Solid line. Huron is solid but I feel the compounds and polish’s aren’t up to par with CarPro.

    Re: Autogeek sales?

I don’t like the new web site. It’s confusing and full of bugs. The old one was way better IMO.

Also Megan is gone and I believe she was responsible for sales.

I feel the AG ship is sinking...
  20. Re: Waterless Washes - why no love for Ultima WW?

I’m not sure about the waterless wash. I know they changed the tire and trim guard from the original formula and I personally didn’t like it as much.

I often see you brag about the shampoo. At its dilution and figuring out cost per wash….. which is rather pricy….. does it compare to some of the premium shampoos out there? Reset, Gyeon Bathe,...
