Menzerna told me you can polish ceramic clears and regular clears, no problem. The ceramic abbrasives (are round) are more expensive to produce. That's why they also make polishes for non-ceramic...
Now this little thing to take care of. PTG readings were 165-170 so a good chance there is enough paint to do some sanding.

I always use at least 2 extra steps to polish this one down. I follow this up with 85RD 3.02 and 85RD and if neccesary dual action with 85RD to prevent any holograms/
@Mike, the information comes from Menzerna factory in Germany.
I work at a detailing (web)store (also big customer from AG!) and we have Menzerna polishes under private label.
The abbrassives in both products are the SAME. There is only more of the SAME abbrasive in the 106FA than in the 85 RD. Menzerna made the 106FA as a 1-step product. It just takes longer to brake...

If you polish your car in a good way (like the Corvette) you have 90-95% of the wetlook/gloss you can get. The last 5% is a glaze and/or wax. I don't think you can see any difference between Souveran...
Also the hardwaxes need to be applied with a foam applicator, the soft waxes can ben applied with your fingers (although I prefer foam applicator always).
Wolfgang Black Diamond (same as Onyx?) or Mother's Reflections Tire Care (both non-glossy products) It's very important to clean your tires before you apply a dressing.
