Thanks! Glad to see another GA member on the boards. It took around 30-45 minutes per wheel. Some were worse than others with brake dust so they got some special attention with the clay.
I'd say I use around 10 gallons total.
3 gallons in wash bucket, 2 gallons in rinse bucket, and 5 gallons pre-rinsing and post-rinsing the vehicle. Maybe 12 gallons at times.
And actually, I have had great success removing paint like that from vehicles using Turtle Wax Liquid Claybar...it's about the only thing I've found it to be useful for :props:

That's actually DP High Performance Glass Restorer. But, I do have a gallon of DP Auto Bath--it's a great shampoo. I can do a review of it if you'd like :props:
I of course agree that Dawn will strip some weak or old waxes and sealants but I've never seen any adverse effects from using it as a stripping/pre/post polishing wash.
FF4 is great. However, FF and IE took Chrome's layout style. Not that I'm complaining. I love the competition and I love the simple "Hidden Options" and lack of bloat from the top of the browser.
