  2. Re: Anyone who does pro detail on weekends while having a regular 5 day 37.5 hour a week job?

Sounds demanding. But, since you have a career, you can accept and decline as many jobs as you want. Pick and choose according to your schedule. I did the same at one point in my early 20's. Would...

    Re: Mobile detail business?

The trailer is a good option if you have a vehicle that can haul the load. If you don't I would recommend any type of service van that is big enough for the detailing equipment.
    IMO, the must haves...

    Re: High PSI pressure washing.

I used 2,700 psi when detailing professionally but now use 1,800 psi electric at home. I would gauge my distance with 25 degree tip on the 2,700 and had great performance with it. 1,800 feels like...

    Re: GG6 Review

When I used my GG6 for the first time, I was so pleased that I sold my Flex 3401 to buy more pads for my GG6.

    Re: Mark II 15

I heard from another thread that they don't sell the mark II backing plates separately yet.

And I don't know if the mark II 21 and 15 backing plates are interchangeable. I'm assuming they are.
  11. Re: Rupes LHR 15 Mark II: What is the best cutting MF pad?

    Sweet. Thanks
  12. Re: Rupes LHR 15 Mark II: What is the best cutting MF pad?

So would it be correct to say that Meg's MF pads aren't meant for long throws since they suggested the use with their DA?
  13. Re: Rupes LHR 15 Mark II: What is the best cutting MF pad?

I'm assuming a thinner foam interface would be better for cutting and a pad with a thicker foam interface would be better for finishing. Does this make sense? Your thoughts?

    If this is the case,...

    Re: Crazy newbie rotary question:

Yeah, maybe you can wait a few weeks and save up some money or something to get a DA and better polish. These tools will last and you're eliminating the risk of mistakes with a tool you've never...
  15. Re: Rupes LHR 15 Mark II: What is the best cutting MF pad?

My e92 isn't too bad but since I sold my business and moved houses, I haven't paid much attention to it as I used to. So it might need some correcting. I know my wife's TSX is trashed. While I...

    Ok, perfect. Thanks.
  17. Re: Rupes LHR 15 Mark II: What is the best cutting MF pad?

    Are the Meg's 5" or 5.5"?
  18. Rupes LHR 15 Mark II: What is the best cutting MF pad?

Hi guys, I saw a few opinions of what pads you guys are using with the 15 Mark II but wanted to get a clearer, more narrowed review on this topic so I can order some pads soon.

    I have never used...
  19. Re: Rupes LHR 21 Mark II =>VS LHR 15 Mark II Which one to get?

Do you have the 21 mark II? I thought they didn't sell the backing plates for the mark II separately
  20. Re: Rupes LHR 21 Mark II =>VS LHR 15 Mark II Which one to get?

    You're right Marc. I don't know where I got that $125 from.
  21. Re: Rupes LHR 21 Mark II =>VS LHR 15 Mark II Which one to get?

I canceled my order the LHR21 and replaced it with LHR15. it was a decision based on what size pads I wanted to use and the price difference. Are the specs of the 21 worth $125? IMO, no.

    Re: Working on a logo

Logos should be simple. Very simple. Almost like vector art. Look at Wal-Mart, Target, Macy's, Nordstrom, Apple, Oakley, Nike, etc... They all have one to two colors and it's basically consisted of...
