    Ok, I tried running my Cyclo without the foam pads. After removing and reinstalling the rubber velcro adapters, they still eventually rubbed against each other. Could my machine be defective?

    Goathead & RTexasF, I'm using the hook&loop orange foam pads and the slip on velcro pad adapters that came with the Cyclo. Did my best to center them already. Anyway, I'll go back and check again....
