Re: Anyone had this interior black trim problem?

Yes, this must be it. I used an old but washed microfiber towel, and maybe had product on too thick (even though I sprayed it onto the towel, then wiped). Probably not photo degradation of plastic...

Re: Anyone had this interior black trim problem?

OPP. One of the best! Not blaming the product tho...I'm wondering...maybe I applied it too heavy and didnt even it out enough? The white haze was most noticed on the door trim right below the...

Anyone had this interior black trim problem?

So I detailed an SUV today that has black plastic trim. I applied a highly recommended protectant with a microfiber cloth. Everything looked great right after application, but after it dried the...

Re: Blackfire si02 spray after 2 months

Would you happen to know how this sealant compares to Crystal Seal? Is it way better in terms of durability? And can you apply it to smooth trim and plastics like headlights/taillights?

Re: Which glaze works as well as DWG?

What I meant to say is that it seems to be more helpful for SS paint instead of the modern clearcoat system, according to some articles I've read. Sorry! I'm sure it has other uses, but just...

Re: Which glaze works as well as DWG?

So I'm really intrigued by the Prima Amigo. Does it hide imperfections really well? That's what I'm looking for. I've used Megs #7 and I can't see a difference with it at all (probably because...

Which glaze works as well as DWG?

    Hello all,

Been a while since I've been around...and I just saw that DWG 2.0 is no longer available. Can someone recommend a glaze that works as well as DWG for a 2005 acura tl with dark grey...

I'm not an expert at identifying the composition of wheels (still learning!), but I'm pretty sure they are not chrome. I was looking at the Mothers line of polishes. Have you gotten good results...

  21. Still skeptical about Opti-coat...please help straighten me out!

So, I was trying to find the "end-all" thread that would answer this question, but I came up empty, so help me out:

If you apply Opti-coat to a brand new car, does it really last for the lifetime...

Re: What LSP to use after Megs #7 and M80?

Yes, it is as bad as it looks. I was trying to help a friend out with his Benz, and also learn about single-stage paint and how to work with it (I'm just a rookie - detailing is just a hobby). Yes,...

    Re: Waxing wheels question

Yeah, I don't have the means to take them off either. So assuming that I am not taking them off, is it Ok to just wax the parts you can reach, and not behind the spokes?
