    By a magic eraser (store brand is ok as they are all the same) spray it and the glass with any all purpose cleaner.

    Clean glass throughly, repeat.

    As long as your not pushing really hard, I don't see a problem on window tint. But honestly I don't have tinted windows so I've never tried it.
