    Not unless the car is being washed and is wet. Some APC cleaners with this and car soap should get the majority, if not virtually all the wax and dirt. This little tool is awesome.

    I wouldn't even use that combination.... either use one or the other. On production cars, I use the white pad or even orange easily. On the nicer end cars or mine that need D151... either white pad...
