Polishing is not protection, so it can't be "removed" per say. Claying would make the paint feel more even and smooth, but it'll remove the wax.

I've used both Klasse SG and XMT Glaze. XMT Glaze is easier to apply and feels more smooth and looks better. But I usually apply Klasse SG during the winter months...

Very similar experience here. XMT 3 dusted quite a bit, #2 was a bit less, then XMT #1 was barely visible.

I usually carry a QD with me while claying as well. If it's hot outside and the leftover water is drying up, the QD helps.
