    Re: ccs foam hand applicators

I have these, and previously used another multi-density foam pad from autogeek. They are absolute life savers. Its amazing how much you can get done with a hand polish if you have the right tools....

Re: How do you clean eye glasses????

Now that's the answer I was looking for! : )

I actually do have the best luck with the fogging/MF method. I still get scratches though. I might be pressing too hard, but when I use light pressure...

Re: How do you clean eye glasses????

I may have to give that a try on the scratched pair. Did the scratch X hide any of the scratches?

Re: How do you clean eye glasses????

I've tried this method also, and they always seem to haze. I wonder if its the coating on the lens. The last set of prescription glasses I had lasted 7 years with minimal scratching. The latest set...

How do you clean eye glasses????

I've worn glasses since I was 7 years old, and I still can't clean them without either scratching them or hazing them. It seems like the polycarbonate that modern glasses are made out of are way to...

  8. Re: Placing your business card on a car window a good or bad marketing idea?

Last thing I wanna see when exiting a building is some creep lurking around my vehicle. This would first send me into a defensive mode, then when the person started giving their sales pitch, that...
  9. Re: Absolutely *NO* drying towels were hurt in this thread!

Wow great work. It must be my hard water, but I can't get 901 to foam hardly at all. :/
  10. Re: Placing your business card on a car window a good or bad marketing idea?

I immediately throw out any junk placed on my car, and I alert the business owner that its going on. In my hometown its illegal to do this, and you will get fined. Its pretty easy to track you down...
  11. Re: Ebay add, guy selling his 2010 Camaro and his wife.

That made my day, thanks for the posting!!!
  12. Re: Which manufacture has the worst orange peel from factory??

My 06 Black Mustang has pretty bad orange peel. Worse than my black Mazda RX-8 was. I've seen some black Nissan 350z's that had mirror like black paint from the factory. The other day I saw scion Xb...

Re: How do you deal with this...?

I have the same problem, but I have a car port not a garage. In about an hour the car is covered with dirt. I used Zaino with ZFX in the past, and recently switched to Durgaloss 105 and couldn't be...
  17. Re: Product issue I'm hoping AG resolves (Dodo Juice Red Mist QD)

I've had tons of problems with sprayers on all sorts of products. I've gotten into the habit of saving the good spray heads to replace when the bad ones fail. Unfortunately, I've come to expect to...

Re: How do you handle this?

Just so you know, if you get pulled over and tell the cops that, unless you have a written prescription from your doctor telling you to crush your pills, its still illegal. Technically, if you use...

Re: How do you handle this?

I think you handled it well. Meth addicts are a train wreck waiting to happen. You may be doing him a favor by reporting him to the authorities. He will kill himself if someone doesn't intervene.

    Re: OPC for Housecleaning?

I've used various different waxes on furniture (most recently some cheap autogylm from wal-mart), sonax on a leather sofa, I;ve used duragloss on glossy black plastic and on my moutain bike.
  24. Re: Duped by local "detailer", now need to make it right

I agree with Stone on the CCS pads. I got the 6.5" in the kit from autogeek. In addition to all his reasons, it also produced some splatter on curved body panels that I hadn't experienced with other...
