I have been using Blackfire One Step and have had no issues with pad staining or product remaining in the pads. I use Mckee's polishing pad cleaner (sold ready to use in a spray bottle) and it works...
I just did exactly what you are considering. I use the G9 with a 5.5" backing plate and use my PC exclusively for 3" work. They make a great combo. The PC with the 3" pad feels very similar in power...
In your opinion is this a large upgrade over the original PC? I am starting to get back into the detailing hobby and broke out my old trusty PC. It got the job done but I did have issues...
I have topped with Wolfgang 3.0 after allowing the one step to cure overnight. It has only been one month based on looks it appears to be doing well. It is hard to say for sure that it bonded...
I had great results last weekend using Blackfire One Step. The amount of correction I got was surprising considering I was only using my old PC and LC Thin Pro white pads.
I guess what im asking is can just sanding fix these hairline cracks or should i try and pay more to have it redone right. I want it done right but i dont know enough about bondo to make this...
I recently had a piece of road debris do some damage to my recently purchased black 2006 tahoe. When i bought it i noticed the there were some very small cracks in the paint on the hood that almost...
My PC has developed a squeeking noise while spinning after very little use. I assume it just needs to be oiled or serviced but i have no idea how to go about this and would rather be told how than...
Please enter me into the Vac giveaway, I would love to try it out and give back an honest review of the Autobahn Max Vac! It would be so awesome to win this vac. I can definatly use it and give a...
Looks great. I got the System One tire shine on bogo and i love the look it gives with two coats. I also love how easily it washes out of the applicator.
That is strange. Just about any apc agitated with a stiff brush should take that off. Have you tried spraying on your apc then scrubbing it really well before you pipe with a microfiber?
The bug etching might polish out but the rock chips won't. I would also start with the 5.5 inch pads if you plan to use a PC. You will thank yourself later.
Have you thought about the EZ detail brush or Daytona Speed Master? I have not personally tried it but i think they would be able to reach and clean them easily.
Also make sure these dots are not small dots of tar that can be removed with a bug and tar remover before claying. I know using clay to remove small dots of tar can be very time consuming.
I would try something like purple power or another apc. you can buy purple power at walmart by the gallon very cheap and diluted 50/50 it is safe on nearly all factory wheels as long as you don't...
A paint gauge would be nice when working on a car like that so you can see exactly what you have to work with but i would think with the pc and a polish like menz IP or Wolfgang TSR on an orange pad...
