Re: WHY would Autogeek throw away customer service?

It’s a shame seeing what Autogeek has become since being sold. I placed an order a couple weeks ago only because I received a $50 gift certificate for Christmas. The box was damaged (poor quality...

    Re: Paint Transfer

I would try a paint cleaner. I have removed paint transfer using that with a microfiber applicator. Works very well.

    Re: Wax better than Fuzion?

Fuzion is the best wax I’ve used. I haven’t used a wax that can match the durability and look of Fuzion. The 8oz jar is only $75 now. Used to be $195. Great deal.
  8. Re: Suggest me a one-step polish with nothing left behind!

Agree 100% with The Guz. Dr. Beasley’s NSP line of primers are outstanding! Apply your LSP of choice with no panel wipe required. I’ve applied both Gyeon Mohs evo and Pure evo on top of the primers....

Re: Favorite Newer Generation of Sealant?

Both Wolfgang Sio2 and Jescar ultra lock provide about the same durability (4-6 months). Gloss is about the same also. Both are very easy to use, application and removal. Wolfgang has a more watery...

    Re: Exterior Trim protectant

As paulMys said, I have been using WETS for a long time. Not once has it run onto the paint and left streaks. If you are letting it cure, you may be using too much product. A little goes a very long...
  11. Re: New to Me Car - Considering a DIY Ceramic Coating

You don’t need to do pain correction to apply a coating. You do need to thoroughly clean the surface. You will need to use a clay bar to rid the surface of bonded contaminants. If the surface has a...

    Re: Autogeek sales?

It is a shame what has happened to autogeek. I’ve spent probably close to $5000 over the years. No more. Just made my last purchase last week because I had a $30 credit from reward miles. All my...

Re: gyeon can coat evo maintenance

I use Gyeon ceramic detailer on my can coated daily driver. I like using products from the same family. Ceramic detailer is all you need. I use once a month after maintenance wash.

  17. Re: In Process of possibly buying a new Kia Sorento. How hard is Kia paint?

I owned a 2015 Optima Satin metallic. I found the paint to be on the medium side as far as correcting. Was east to work with. May be totally different now.

98CayenneTA approach makes sense. Try it. Let us know how you make out.
  25. Re: Polishing my black 2018 Acura RDX - seeking advice.

Agreed. Carpro eraser or Gyeon prep are two excellent panel wipes. No need to use IPA.
