Re: What did you do today non-detailing related?

I purchased a "House that beer built" passport that allows you a free 8 oz beer at like 20 or 25 local breweries. I've spent time "volunteering" at those breweries.

Rebuildable: The ACTIVE 2.3 is rebuildable? Yes. Is there a raccoon 🦝 in this video? Also yes, try to find it.

Interesting. Thanks for the info. So it's worth more than $250 a year to have bees?

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Thanks :) If you saw it up close, you'd see that it isn't immaculate tho. There's a big Dr. Colorchip session in my future to try to cover all the rock chips - the downside of doing so much highway...

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Went to the self wash bay on Saturday and did a foam & rinse with Griot's foaming surface wash. Then did a rinseless on Sunday. It was still around 70 degrees in the evening when I did it. Car was...

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

I got a small 8 oz spray bottle from Walmart that I have Griot's Speed Shine in. I keep that in the car (except for winter) with some cut up pieces of Costco microfibers for bird bombs.

    Re: Post Your Unpacking Pictures

Looks like the new PIR range is 0.5-2% from 2-5%. I'd try using 1/3 as much of the new formulation. 1/4 if you were at the low end of the range before and 40% if you were at the high end.

First machine polish I did was on my gf's car. It was a win-win.

Re: Current Best Hose Nozzle of Choice

Picked up a new Orbit nozzle. While using it, I realized my last one had a trigger and the flow control so this one is a bit different with just the flow control. It has good flow. But the black...

Re: what's your weather currently like?

The NJ quake was a 4.8. I was either in my car or standing outside at the time. I didn't even notice it.

Re: IK e FOAM Pro 12

I kinda had to roll my eyes in the TRC stream where they called the eFoam Pro 2 to be a "game changer". It was far from the first on the market.

    Re: TRCMA 2024

IK eFoam Pro 2 starts at about the 6 hr mark. USB-C charging is nice and it retains the manual hand pump. Should be a nice option. Looks similar to the SPTA but IK actually offers parts for their...

Re: What did you do today non-detailing related?

When I "donated" plasma in college, we could do it twice a week. Also got paid for it. Not sure how much they took.

I misread that. Still 230 with the 5 Ah battery and 299 with 5 & 2.5 Ah batteries. I actually bought the 2.5 Ah battery for mine after I bought it.
