totally aware that those kind of one stepper products will give results directly related to pad choice. And that a black paint isn't a walk in the park with a one step.
That's why I'm asking advice...

I'd try the orange to get more cutting vs the white. But if you want to go two steps with the orange in the equation, well to the 2nd step I'd use green pad. So orange + green.

So lots of clean/inspected MF towels (one per panel). Any thoughts about using ONR or let's say Gold Class/Pearl Shampoo instead of a wash designed for coating?

I did the CQuartz lite coating topped with reload last week. I have different carwash on hand: P&S Pearl shampoo, CG Maxisuds and Meguiars Goldclass. I also have some ONR washNshine on hand....

I used CQUARTZ Lite. Did Palmolive wash + IronX + Clay + 2 step polish + Eraser + Cquartz lite + Carpro...

I have 5'' backing plate. So 5.5'' pads.

However my orange foam pad is 6.5'' because when I bought it, web store sent me the wrong size by mistake. MF pads and other foampads are all 5.5''.
