    Re: Rinseless Washes - 2022

Me too, it was unveiled at SEMA last year, so I'm not sure what the holdup is about.

    Re: Rinseless Washes - 2022

I was unveiled at TRCMA a couple of weeks ago. I would have bought a bottle by now but as usual, it takes forever to get new KCx products to land in Australia.

    From what I can see, it's a...

Re: What did you do today non-detailing related?

Something that has me wondering as well, especially with people attempting to sell a car.

  8. Re: Cleaning brand new tires before first dressing?

I wouldn't bother waiting, as mentioned tires are usually a couple of months old by the time you get them, and even then, I've had an extremely fresh set of tires that I did the above process...

Re: Armour Detail Supply Wheel Coating Review

Apparently the maintenance products are about 6 weeks away, among others, I'm super keen to try Amplify and Shampoo+

I applied the coating to the wheels, powder coated aluminum chassis, the...
  11. Re: Cleaning brand new tires before first dressing?

I use that method when preparing brand new tires, or giving an older set a refresh. In your case, I would have the tires mounted first so that you don't have to re-clean them to remove the fitting...

I've been using EliXir on Cquartz Professional and not noticed any drop-off in coating performance.

Re: Wheel ceramic affect wheel weights?

I tend to have the tyres mounted and balanced before coating. This does make manhandling the wheels while coating more difficult, but I would rather deal with that than having something not go right...
