Re: Introducing Autogeek Reward Miles
Do shipping costs count toward miles?
Meghan can you please comment on whether you are still going to have "25% off + free shipping over $xx" sales, or does the miles program replace all that?

They will probably still do those. Autopia has had the same rewards program for as long as i remember and run similar sales to Autogeek. And with price matching on both it shouldn’t be an issue to get the sales and the award dollars/miles.
Re: Introducing Autogeek Reward Miles
This has been going on over on Autopia forever. I’ve got a $25 reward over there I’ve had for about a year. Glad it started over here. Makes my choice of where to shop easier.

Hi Aaryn,
I'll let Meghan or another customer care staff answer that question.
Off hand I don't have the answer.

I was told in a pre-launch meeting that money spent on classes was eligible and I double-checked with Meghan yesterday and she said yes that the price of any of our classes, and this would include,
2-Day Boat Detailing Classes - $950.00
2-Day Roadshow Classes - $895.00
3-Day Bootcamp Classes - $1,495.00
These are all eligible
This means, the 15 people attending next weeks Roadshow Class in Auburn, Indiana can take advantage of this new program and I'll e-mail them the link to this thread today.
Great question! Thank you for asking!
:)

WOW!!! :wow:
That’s incredible value Mike. :props:
There’s a bunch of your students that are going to cash in on some great savings, & what’s more, they’re going to be armed with the knowledge of first hand experience with having had hands on time with the finest tools & products during your class, so they know that what they’re buying works. :buffing:
I know that reward programmes aren’t a new idea by any means but what a great way to show appreciation to the Autogeek customers & for us the customers - what a great reward . . . Pardon the pun.

I agree- would be ridiculous to expect retro points.
It's a NEW program... so moving forward geeks!
