    help with RV stain

    Hi Guys,

I'm not a detailer, but, I do use creams, compounds, solutions and have orbital buffers etc. Using all of these tools, I through every cleaning solution, cream and compounds I have at this problem, to no joy. I'm thinking somewhere in my past cleaning, I left a cleaner or sealant on without a thorough rinse.
Am hoping someone here has a "solution" Pun intended. Thanks for any advice.

    help with RV stain

Looks like any quality polish or cleaner/wax would remove the staining.

    What have you tried?

    Re: help with RV stain

Looks like the flash off of dicor roof and window sealant. If so try a Mr. Clean Eraser with a little Bar Keepers Friend powdered cleaner. Make a paste of the powder with water. Try to find someone to help you who as not read about Tom Sawyer. Do not use the liquid Bar Keepers Friend. The Black streak remover sold at the RV store will not work.

I can not remember the vendor, but someone used to make a Foam pad to fit a Flex or other polisher that was made out of the foam of the Mr Clean Eraser.
    Regards,
    Mike Stephenson

Wet sand it with 2000 grit then use the Meguiars RV polish there.
