I would look into a product designated for the material you intend to work on.
Here is an option that would fit the bill.

little update , I got the trailer today and its going to need some oxidation removal .
What would be a good product to use, I feel like a one step cleaner and wax wont be good enough to remove this type of oxidation? keep In mind this will all be done by hand.
here are a few pictures of the oxidation. (sorry for the bad pics the trailer is parked in my driveway I don't have any real space

If you aren't getting a good shine with Collinite, it is very likey the paint underneath is the issue..
Pic above is one coat on single stage white.. (that paint has been wet sanded, polished and jewelled.. so as good as i can get it.. the collinite can be like glass no
