Where do I contact Rupes?
Hello, sorry about making this thread but how do I contact Rupes? I having issue with my polisher.

Hello Mike,
I been having issues with my Rupes Big Foot nano. My issue is that it stops working all together, even if the polisher is connect to the power outlet.
I love this polisher. It's amazing 😃

Yeah - my ibrid nano was dead from the factory and am having a tough time even getting a replacement...sigh...

Who did you buy it from? If you bought it from AG and it was DOA I'm sure they would make it good. If you bought it elsewhere contact them.
