Have you tried emailing him or the customer support people directly ? The one time I tried sending him a PM his inbox was full but with an e-mail both him and the customer support department were quick to reply and went above and beyond to make things right. To be honest I was dissapointed at first but now I could not be happier and am eyeing a MkII.
