Is it worth it to get the new Flex PE14-2-150?

How about polishing out the bathroom sink or something just to get a feel for the machine? I did that and it worked out great. No more scratches or swirls on the sink haha! But seriously, try it, if all else fails.

Oh trust me, having a feel for the machines isn't an issue; I've been doing this professionally for 10 years now. Still, junk panels are nice to have around for product testing and setting up demos for potential customers and at shows. :props:

No that won't work with a machine,waxes will work on Formica to test out depth and slickness as we're talking about this it's raining in south Florida so being that I detailed a huge airplane yesterday I was beat and decided to take off ,so I cleaned the house and applied prima on everything except the tub.That stuff works great on mirrors marble stove tops etc.Now the downside is when you want to clean the countertop I use sprayway glass cleaner and it strips off the wax and for about a week of cleaning it goes back to its original appearance.I can't use anything else cause that's were the cooking prep is done.I actually tried to polish it with a machine on speed 3 with hd speed and a polishing foam pad without standing on it the Formica marred real quick .

If your looking for FREE junk panels, go to any body shop or collision center and ask if you can have some! They're in the trash! Obviously they are damaged but in most cases will have good areas to practice your rotary techniques. Just ask the manager!:dblthumb2:
