Re: Which Griots 6" DA KIT?
What's the difference between a red and blue? That's where I get confused. I've seen red, blue, green, and black that say for finishing/wax sealant.

I'm with others who recommend staying away from kits--you end up with products you may never use. Get a 5" backing plate and 5.5" pads as they are easier to work with on curves etc not to mention they are less expensive.
You might want to take a look at Buff & Shine 5.5" flat pads. They are very durable and have a recessed Velcro which can be a little safer when polishing around protruding objects. Buff and Shine 5.5 Inch Flat Foam Pads
In the B&S line red pads have no cut are soft with dense pores that keep the product on the surface better--great for applying your LSP. Black and blue have some minor cut, but many still use them to apply LSPs.
Their orange pad is a great all around pad--good cut but finishes very nice.
Here's an article by Mike regarding the number of pads you'll need--http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/...ut-my-car.html
