    Plastic trim

My wife just got a 2016 Ford escape and along the bottom and outside of wheel wells is a dark gray plastic trim.

What can I use to clean and protect these areas.

As always thanks for your advice...

APC and tire dressing can work if you'd like to add it to the wheel and tire routine

Clean the area thoroughly removing all contaminants.
    Then apply CarPro D-Lux
CQuartz DLux Plastic & Wheel Coating

Wolfgang Exterior Trim Sealant (WETS) is also an excellent option. The durability may not be as good as DLUX, but it is still a very good product.

Another vote for DLUX. I usually top it with Meg's Hyperdressing or Poorboys. Why top it? Because...

Haven't tried DLUX but I'm currently using WETS and like it a lot. I'll report back what the durability is like our our vehicles over the course of the next few months. So far what I like is that it goes on easy, wipes off easy and leaves a nice dark satin finish and beads water like crazy.

    Re: Plastic trim

For cleaning the trim, I would recommend 1Z Einszett Deep Plastic Cleaner.

For protection, WETS or Dlux are both great choices!
