Duragloss Application Guide
Hello!
Does anyone have an electronic copy (maybe .pdf) of the Duragloss Application Guide or a link to it??? I searched for it & found one but I would have to 'join' & give my e-mail address to be able to download it--& I get enough spam already...
I'm looking for the document that discusses the use of 901, 652, 671, 111, 951, & 921, but I am interested in any Duragloss Application Instructions or guides.
Thanks.

Re: Duragloss Application Guide
@OP:You can go here: Duragloss Car Care Appearance products The Wet Look
and pick the product of which you want to know its application instructions.
One example: Duragloss Rinseless Wash with Aquawax, no rinse car wash, rinseless auto wash
Directions:
Add a half ounce to each gallon of water you use. For most mid-size cars or small SUVs, you will need about 3 gallons of solution to perform a thorough wash. We strongly recommend putting a Grit Guard Insert in the bottom of your wash bucket to help keep dirt in the bottom of the bucket, where it is less likely to transfer back to the paint. Use a clean, soft wash mitt to wash your vehicle section by section, working from the top down. You want to towel-dry your vehicle before it has a chance to dry on its own. Use a Cobra Guzzler Microfiber Waffle Weave Drying Towel. Then use a Deluxe Jr. 600 Microfiber Towel to give it a final buff.
Another example: Duragloss Total Performance Polish (TPP) # 105
To get the maximum longevity out of Duragloss Total Performance Polish, apply a coat of Duragloss Polish Bonding Agent to the paint first. Allow it to dry to a haze but do not buff. Apply Duragloss Total Performance Polish on top of the haze and buff them both off at the same time with a soft microfiber towel. The PBA works as an epoxy to bond the Total Performance Polish to the paint for tough, durable polymer coating. This is a great combination of products for winter paint protection.
Hope this helps.

Re: Duragloss Application Guide
the application of DG products is very simple.........follow the directions on the bottle.
not trying to be a smart a&& but it really is that simple.
901- 1/2 oz. per gallon
652- paint cleaner
671- swirl remover..........very pad dependent
111- paint sealant......apply very thin
951-spray wax.........awesome product!
921-detail spray........and a very good one.

You say, '671- swirl remover..........very pad dependent'
what pad do you use? Instructions on bottle says use a 100% cotton cloth.

I have not had good luck with 671.......the ONLY DG product I can't figure out. I'm a huge fan of DG but 671 really has got me for some reason.
Not sure on what your working on......what your trying to accomplish.......what kind of machine your using.......but I'll be glad to help you all I can.

Thanks for your help. I'm working on a black '01 Corvette Coupe & a Silver Corvette Z06.
I have a da polisher & a bag of DG products. Products I have now are:
901 cwc
951 aw
921 fcs
601 pba
101 pc
652 pre cleaner
671 smr
105 tpp
931 rw
This is what I have now. I want to get some Squeaky Clean, 111, & 501 soon.
What I plan to do:
1. Wash
2. Clay bar
3. Clean w/ detail spray
4. DG 652-Pre-Cleaner w/ da polisher, light cutting/compounding pad, low speed-maybe 3
5. Inspect & hit any remaining scratches/swirl marks w/ 671 Swirl Mark Remover by hand
6. 601/105 (1:4 premixed) w/ da polisher, polishing pad, speed 3
7. Layer w/ 601/105 again, this time by hand
8. AW
9. Fast clean & shine
The black one is in need of a yearly good detail. Trying to get it ready to sell.
No major swirls or scratches. It does have some of those OMG I accidentally touched the black paint marks-but should come out easily.
Silver one I just bought a couple of months ago. I have compounded it, but it still has some light scratches that you can see if the sun hits it just right. 111 is probably what I need after the paint is smooth, but I don't have any yet. Maybe next time.
Thanks again.
