    Optimum Leather/Protectant Plus

    How's it going everyone?

Just have a question for anyone who tried OPT leather protectant that came in the spray bottle.

Does it spray in a wide pattern or is it more of a stream? I have the gallon and using a spray bottle, is the consistency of the product what's causing it to just stream out?

    Thanks.

Mine streams more the "sprays" but doesn't bother me because I apply to an applicator first then wipe onto panels or seats

Thanks! Good to know. I was about to buy the 17oz bottle version just to see if it will somehow "spray."

I love Optimum products, but their spray stuff just doesn't spray as advertised.

But I really like that it can be sprayed on an applicator then applied to the surface you are working on. I don't like spraying products like this directly on the surface anyways. So for this reason, the spray certainly beats pouring or squeezing product out of a bottle IMO.

IMO the stuff is too thick as it comes, you can cut it with a bit of water and get good results.

I never spray OPP onto the surface. I just use a MF app. Spray it onto the app and then wipe the surface.
