I bought the flex vip a few weeks ago and didnt have a chance to check it out until today.... i did not get the extra pads i thought were supposed to be with it.... am i correct that i was supposed to get "bonus pads"??
If you ordered the kit just call AG customer service on Monday morning. Meghan sometimes picks these requests up before then but I would think the call will be needed nonetheless.

I had the same thing happen to me with the flex vip. Give them a call on Monday with your acct number, order # and picker shipper# ready. Should straighten you right out and ship same day. IMO Autogeek is the best at customer service.
I think this was one of the best deals I've gotten in a long time. My Flex package also shipped without the bonus pads but an email to customer service and a phone call made everything right.
