You’re really going to sell it? How much did you buy it for? And how much are you going to ask for it?

Going to put it up on Bring a Trailer Auction site. Most nice ones are going for between $9-14k. What I get all depends on who bids at the time. I'll put a reserve of course just in case as I'm not going to give it away. The market for them is hot and I consider mine one of the nicest I've seen of all the ones through (outside the rare ones with 20-50k miles vs my 86k) I also have all the records for it and it's had nearly everything done to it that would need done or has needed done. The list is quite extensive but it's essentially perfect.
End of day, my son is a great kids and likes it, calls it his car, but isn't in "love" with it for what it is. I understand, it's more my Jeep in that sense. I'd keep it but I sold off a handful of other toys and am preparing for my next one and the wife gave me the look so..... It really belongs in the hands of someone who will not leave it sit outside as I have to and honestly, it really shouldn't see snow. It's so so clean underneath that it needs to either go out west and "used" like a Jeep or get into the hands of a collector that will care for it. The latter is what I would do but it's not in my stars this go-round.

Re: Turtle Wax Seal and Shine
Just picked up a bottle for $6 & haven’t used it yet. The thing that I find amusing is who brought this stuff to market. Seems to be more legit than a lot of boutique coatings based on reviews from many.
One thing I know. It will be cheaper, easier to apply, as durable, as hydrophobic, & less headaches than most stuff out there - coatings included. Seems like a no brainer to me.
I’m sure somebody somewhere in the boutique detailing biz is trying to reverse engineer this stuff as we speak.

Re: Turtle Wax Seal and Shine
Turtle Wax new Ice Line seems very good. I have used the spray sealant and it works well. I think the shine is not as good as some of the more boutique products like CarPro Relaod, but on durability tests it destroys products 4 to 6 times it's price. I would not suggest putting it on top of a ceramic coating when the coating is still wet. I have tried doing that and I had to redo 2 of the panels for the customer. It seems like it doesn't play well with the coatings. Other than that, great stuff. Hopefully Autogeek will add it to it's line of products.
