    Hydro2

AG says 3:1 and CarPro says 4:1, does someone have a type or has the ratio since been changed?

CarPro Hydro2 Touchless Silica Sealant, spray on car wax

    CarPro HydrO2 Concentrate 500ml - www.CarPro-US.com

    Thanks.

3:1 is a little stronger but can streak easier if not ideal conditions

    4:1 is a little "safer".

    Re: Hydro2

I actually prefer using it at 5:1 or 6:1 so that I can use and extra spray or 2 or 3 per panel to get more even coverage easier. I like to spray 2-3 sprays hit it with power washer spread it and look for spots that are not beading as well where it didn't spread to well and spray those and hit again with power washer. I find lower body panels tend need extra they take a beating from road spray from tires.

Edit: Also at 6:1 I have had good luck even using it as spray and wipe, Sometimes if conditions are real damp or cold it needs little extra buffing to even out streaks or they go away after first washing and drying.

My fellow detailer uses that on almost every car and gets 300.00 minimum .He is always altering the dilution ratio.I would call carpro and find out. That stuff is not cheap.I would pm you today cause I'm seeing him,but my pm message box is full and have to make more room.

    Re: Hydro2

4:1 sounds correct. This would make 500 ml of product. That is a normal size for Hydro2lite. Otherwise it is cheaper to buy the 500 ml Hydro2lite than buy the 100 ml Hydro2 bottle.
