    Review: HD polishes!

Just a quickie review: I had to correct a few areas of my Mercedes before I could coat it. The trunk lid and behind the door handles were swirled/scratched up.

I don't have any good before's: I tried everything I could think of, this paint is difficult to photograph imperfections. So you will just have to trust me that the paint needed correcting!

I used HD Cut on my Flex 3401 with a green Rupes pad and then HD polish with a yellow Rupes pad. It took about 3 passes with the Cut and 2 with the polish to knock the trunk lid out! Very impressive polishes. Literally NO dust. Long work time, smells like grape! Yeah!

Good stuff and I find myself using it more and more...and liking it!

Behind the door handle work: I only used HD CUT on these areas. It only took a few passes to knock out the imperfections.

And I LOVE my new pneumatic rotary-it has so many attachments/uses/great for spot correcting and very small hard to get to areas. I used to do these areas by hand and it's a PIA if ya know what I mean.

...Thanks Jae! I really appreciate you humping this back for me!!

Nice review. I used HD for the second time last week and it is indeed a very good polish.

Thanks for the review. Would you mind telling us where that blue cone can be found? Thank you.

Hey Guz...we talked on Meg's forum the other day.

What Pad Combo have you used with HD Polish; HT Tangerine or Crimson, Meg's Burgundy/Yellow/Black?

Have you tried HD Adapt?...if so, same question.

    Thanks in advance

Sizzle how do you like the rupes pads on the flex? Always wanted to try that.

I used a new HT tangerine. I had dusting issues with an older HT tangerine. I had some left over polishing dust in the older pad that I didn't rinse that well. Worked good with the HT tangerine. I have done a test spot with it using a Meg's polishing foam disc playing with the product.
