    Speed Master Wheel Brush

I don't know how long I've had my Speed Master Wheel Brush, it couldn't have been more than a year. I'd like to know when I bought it, so if there is a way I can look up my previous orders please let me know. I was very pleased with it, up until the moment it broke. Just like the pocket comb that was bent back and forth too many times, it snapped. I have used it for my personal use, on my cars and the cars I've cleaned in the neighborhood, so I'm a little disappointed that it croaked. It seemed to be made very well and I hadn't abused it with an excessive amount of twisting and bending, not beyond what I feel would have been expected for it's intended use. I'm going to replace it with a different brand just to see if maybe there's a design flaw in the Speed Master or if what I got out of it is about all you can expect.

I have never bent it that close to the handle

I usually bend it in the middle of the brush area to get behind wheel spokes

I agree with Kyle, mine has been great and never seen it break in that area before.

The way I use mine I could see that happening. As I was using mine this morning I was thinking that sooner or later this is gonna break. I'm pushing in and around spokes and it bends at the handle. That being said I will replace when it happens

I will donate my Speed Wheel Brush (Large one) to any person that is interested. Just pay for shipping. 1st one interested let me know.

I am not a fan of the Speed Brush. BTW, it has been used 2 times. The 1st time was to try it and splattered all over me. The 2nd time I thought maybe it was my technique....NOPE.

That is why I am willing to donate it.

Generous of you to offer to donate

Give the tool one more try

Position yourself off to the side of the wheel and slow down when pulling it out of the wheel

If that doesn't work...Wheel Woolies are nice too

    Have Fun

Mine failed same way less than a year old as well and only used on personal cars. I think water accumulates in that area and it rusts which speeds failure I also dislike the splatter it can cause.

    Re: Speed Master Wheel Brush

I looked very closely at mine and it appeared to have rusted in that area, which is a little odd because I usually store it in the bucket with the handle up.
