Post SON1C Synopsis 61 : Chemical Guys - New Look Trim Gel Review

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6AOhjrb6UgU]SON1C Synospis 61 : Chemical Guys - New Look Trim Gel Review and Tire Application - YouTube[/video]
In this video I review the Chemical Guys New Look Trim Gel, I showcase application onto a tire as well as after shots on tires and trim. I discuss a issue with the product and packaging. I will update on its durability however at three days it is still holding up well.

haha I can certainly understand that, I was disappointed with chemical guys hypercoat G6 & their VRP. Silk shine was bad, this one has been the most promising thus far but I haven't seen enough rain to confirm as water/ moisture seems to be the devil to CG's trim+tire products

Nailed it lol water and those products just don't mix. G6 was my last hope and it did last long but it attracted dust like crazy and when I would wash the car the trim would bead like crazy but it would streak like mad and onto the paint too

VRP was the worst for me in that case, have you tried carpro PERL?

I was very dissapointed in VRP. I have a full bottle of the stuff in my garage, I used it once on the trim and once on the tires and hated it on both. I hate to throw the bottle away but I don't know what else to use it on. Switched to wg trim sealant and much happier now.

It's pretty good and last a long time but I'm having a little trouble with it I guess in terms of drying time? I need to properly clean my trim, let it sit, then buff off and report back with results. Just don't have time when I just do quick washes. Most times though it gives me great results. My last application was a little different but then again I was rushing to get done since there was no light out hahaha
