CG New Car Scent
I picked some of this up on my last AG order. The scent last a good long while, and it doesn't take much at all. My issue with it is the scent. It has a faint new car smell, but with a chemical twist? It's hard to explain, but I don't care for it, and my wife sure didn't. She's driving the test car too...
Do any of you use this and like it? It seemed to have great reviews, so maybe I got a bad batch?

Try diluting it

Re: CG New Car Scent
It smells great to me but it's almost identical to their leather scent.

Re: CG New Car Scent
I bought CG New Car Scent awhile back.... Smells horrible IMO! Immediately put in an order for Stripper scent and I'm all smiles

I like it. I find it doesn't seem to last as long as Stripper Scent.

I agree. I can barely smell a difference.

Re: CG New Car Scent
I have it and it is my go to scent
I did initially feel it was "chemically" but diluted it and it is much better. It does take a few more spritz to deodorize but has better coverage since I spritz all the carpets instead of under the dash and under the seats.
I do agree that it is very similar to the leather scent
I do have the stripper scent and it is too "perfumy/sweet" for me

What ratio are you diluting?

Re: CG New Car Scent
5:1 (with deionized water)... wide fan spray misting on all the carpets with the AC on the coldest, recirculating, Max A/C, with the doors and windows shut. Supposedly the bacteriocides in the deodorizer help neutralize some of the A/C "junk". Remains to be seen, but works pretty good
I let the car run for about 30 secs (fan on high with the doors closed). I've heard you can saturate a sponge and leave them under the seats but I like to refresh the scents once a week or tow (depending on usage)
