What is a recommendation for amount to mix up for say , a 2015 Infiniti Q50 sedan?
Re: Review & How-To: CarPro Hydro2 Touchless Silica Sealant
We've been discussing it in another thread. Seems 8 oz will do a medium sized sedan, 10 oz for a large sedan and wheels.

10 oz means how much hydro? I'm on mobile and can't find the other thread, link by chance? Thanks

Put 4 oz H2 and 12 oz DI water in a 16 oz spray bottle and you'll have enough and then some. By using DI water you can use a cheap jigger from the dollar store to top up the bottle down the line with whatever 1:3 amount you need (2 oz H2:6 oz water, for example) to do more cars or sets of wheels.

8-10 oz???? Thats a lot! I use maybe 4 oz of mixed solution for a large sedan...and thats paint, windows, wheels, & wheel well plastic.

I used it the for the first time not too long ago and used too much product. Wind was a major factor but tend to make this mistake with every new product.

There is actually a video posted on CarPro's FB page (IIRC) where a shop was applying via HVLP gun. However; overkill imo.
