    Pressure Washer Foam Cannon

So, I have an old Powermate 1100 I found after cleaning the basement and it's in real good shape. After all, just found it.

Anyway, what is the PSI I need to use with this foam cannon? Would 1100 PSI be ok?
Also, I don't know if any of the fittings that AG sells would work. I called the tech support for the powemate 1100 and they no longer support it.

If this doesn't work with the powemate, I'm thinking of the Karcher. What PSI should I get?

    Thanks again folks!

I use a Greenworks with 1400 psi and the Foam Cannon works great.

Generally you need more than 1100 PSI to get a good thick foam. Something like 1500-1600 is recommended at minimum with a foam gun for best results

Thanks everyone. I can always use it for other projects or sell it at a garage sale.

If you have a 3000psi unit and have not way to turn down the pressure you will want to be careful and not get to close or there is a chance you will do damage. Use a wide fan nozzle (40 degrees or better) or a adjustable nozzle.
