AG Customer Service
I know this really isn't a product but I want to review AGO CS because without it we wouldn't have any products...
I placed a 3500.00 order about a week or so ago... I delt with Nick over the phone and man was it a great experience! he helped me through getting the order set up, discounted, paid for, and shipped! he worked with me on the products that I was choosing helping me get what was the best value so I could get my shop off on the right foot... I had many questions being out of the game for a while and he didn't seem to mind answering any of them!
I got the package last Thursday and had an issue with a broken bottle that Fed-Ex had caused hopped on my email and contacted Penny, I sent her some pics of the damaged goods and she got them sent out ASAP for me! I have NEVER had such great support and service from an online "ecomerce"!
I WILL BE DEALING WITH ONLY AGO FOR ALL OF MY PRODUCTS FROM THIS POINT ON!!!!!!!!
Just wanted to share my review for all to see!!!!

Nick and Penny are two great assets of AG along with many others we have here. Glad you had a great experience, we like to run this like a mom and pop store, you call you are either going to get mom or pop!

Glad you had a good experience! I think all of us are here because we have seen the same things from them, even if it is just a $35 order. I do have a question, what all did you buy for $3500??????!!!!!!

You really are not old enough to be my mom, more like my baby sister! However, your statement stands true. I did not realize how much truth was in it until yesterday.

A LOT! lol... I got the DP pro starter # 1, Flex PE14-2 kit, Duramaid 1600, and a bunch of other misc items... Nick an I felt that would be a great starting pint for the biz...

Agreed. Nick had helped me out by inserting the discount code in my order. He fixed it right away whilst he was online in the customer support.
Thanks to Penny for her prompt replies to my queries.
BTW, Autogeek is quite well known in the auto detailing forums in Malaysia.

I'm sure Max never gets tired of hearing how great the service is at AG. I've also never seen a forum that gets so many dedicated threads solely based on wanting to share the top notch service you experienced. I've been around here for about 4 years and nothing has changed. Amazing group of people!
