An AIO will affect the ability of a coating to bond. Gyeon Primer is also optional. People confuse it as an AIO because it leaves a layer of silica behind. But it is not. It is a finishing polish just like Essence and the Dr. Beasley's surface primers.
Any finishing polish will do followed by a panel wipe.

Do I need to vacuum bag this bottle in storage?
Or just a tight piece of duct tape around the top cap?
I’d like to get a year or two out of the product on my shelf.
I got nearly 14 months just tightened up sitting on a shelf inside.

I was more just wondering how they stack up as I assume they would roughly compete against each other??
If your in Canada i’d look into Tacs System Moonlight. I’ve got a bottle going on 3 years thats still good.
Note: alot who have tried it report same as cancoat 1-1.5 years.

do you have to put cure on top of cancoat?

Can coat is fine as a stand alone.

I would put something on after first application. After that it is up to you if you wanna top it. I personally would.
Not only do i feel it lengthens life of coating but it definitely increases the looks.

Do you have to use gyeon prep if you don’t polish? how about usingCARPRO reload after can coat instead of cure?

If it’s going to see moisture in the first 12 hours then yes. I covered all this in my video.

Re: Review - Gyeon CanCoat Evo
I let my Cancoat application sit completely dry in a garage for 24 hours after I applied it. Then I applied car pro elixir, which is a dilution of reload. It looks great, so I’m sure Reload (or any other si02 spray) would be fine. However I don’t think it was absolutely necessary to apply anything over the cancoat.

did this today on a yukon denali. It was a first time for me using can coat (evo).
Ive watched your video when ya first put it up. But realistically how much product should one go thru on a single application? It was used with autofibers coating saver 1.5x3 inch applicator.
I ask because id say i used a 1/4 of the bottle. And i would only spritz the applicator once and then apply to a section. When it looked and felt as though there was no more product being spead on the surface i would do another spritz. I dont feel i used to much. Then again gyeon made me think i did because they state you could get 10-15 applications outta one bottle.
