Thanks for the reminder. I just applied to front passenger mat, lightly scrubbing with only a foam applicator since it’s pretty clean. I’m going to let my wife test it without telling her anything I’ve done. Will report back.

Do you plan on washing the mats first or going right in with this all-in-one after vacuuming?
I have no doubt this stuff is great for door seals.

Depends on the cleanliness but hopefully just maintain with this

Slipperyness aside, it should be able to clean/maintain lightly soiled rubber, maybe even more than I realize if used with the machine brush.

Sorry it took awhile to get back. On Saturday we spent a few hours in the Acura and my wife noticed nothing out of the ordinary about the mat. So it passed the unsuspecting normal human test on my Acura rubber mats.
I thought they felt slightly slippery a few hours after applying, but apparently after a day they felt like “normal” friction.

The coating looks quite a bit better than the other 3 tires, basically like freshly applied, not surprisingly.

Update 8/10/20 (almost 6 weeks overall; 1 month since last update)
Wife started going to the office 2-3 times a week for a few weeks now. 20miles each way, highway driving. I think two of those days were rainy. I washed the tires once with HW before that started, and again a day before these pics were taken. So they are basically just washed.

In my opinion, the VRCC have worn the most. They still deflect water better than a bare tire, but the dirt up near the tread won’t cone out with simple washes anymore and they have a slightly dirty appearance overall. I liked their appearance more the first few weeks but Gloss Tire Gel seems to have better durability. At this point I would have reapplied.
Mckees still deflects water decent, and the tire doesn’t look bad. Maybe I would normally reapply by now but if I was feeling lazy I would still be OK waiting another week.
The VRCC topped with tire coating sheds water fairly effortlessly and although I think it’s a little more worn than tire coating itself would be by now, it’s still looking and behaving the best. I would continue riding on these with car wash baths every few weeks, even if this wasn’t a test.
