Tw hybrid solutions afternoon detail
Never planned on a full blown detail today, but guess I got the fever. And it was good to be outside. Wanted to test out my Hybrid line of products. Used Polish & Wax and Spray coating. Polish & Wax was applied by hand with a tangerine hydro grip applicator. Went on very slick and removed best with a damp MF towel followed by a final wipe with a dry MF towel. No streaks/smears or issues. Left the paint looking outstanding. Next up was the spray coating. 1-2 sprays per panel followed by a MF wipe down. Really great to work with! Again no issues with smears or streaking. Also noticed it did justice to the plastic trim on the vehicle. WOW. It really turned out fantastic. These two products really impressed me. Way past what I expected. For the weekend warrior the results could not be better. To maintain this finish I understand their 3-1 detailer used as a drying aid is the way to go. I also have their WET WAX to try yet. Loved the products and results. Did the engine while I was at it too. Cleaned and Sonus motor Kote. Wheels got a good cleaning followed by HYDRO BLUE for protection.

I really like the Hybrid Solutions line thus far except the shampoo. The shampoo has a crazy dilution ratio of 3oz per gallon....????
Love the wet wax. Try it for maintenance, you may also like it.

Yes. I have both the Wet Wax and 3-1 detailer. Wet wax should be perfect to maintain the finish. The 3-1 detailer should also be fine as a drying aid.

Is the dilution ratio the only thing you dislike about it?

They are great products for the price and I loved the Spray Coating and Wet Wax. Will definitely be purchasing again.

When compared to Wolfgang Si02 coating wash, it’s about double the price per use(considering you fill your wash bucket up with appx 4 gallons of water like me), isn’t nearly as lubricious and doesn’t leave the same amount of protection behind. It does however clean well and smell great tho.

Does it produce lots of suds for all that’s used?

Not really. Typical ceramic wash amounts, maybe a bit more but nothing like a traditional sudsy wash.

That seems odd. 9-12oz. of car wash and low suds? That’d aggravate the heck out of me. Lol

Similar to others, you can get some sud action right after a jet of water in the bucket, but they fizzle out really quickly.
