I knew anyone who has been here for more than 5 days would know how great GG, McKees, and PBMG are. I hope this thread helps some newbies pick one of these companies over another option they may have cause it really rare to have good customer service. Keep the stories coming guys/girls.

    Re: Griots Garage

I have stated in other threads that I will only buy my Non-detailing tools/equipment (Mowers, snow blowers, leaf blowers, hand tools....) from companies who offer a great warranty.

I want lifetime on my hand tools, and at least 2-3 years on motorized equipment.

Griot's gives lifetime on their electric machines, and has possibly the best customer service in ANY industry. Then, there are products like their PFM towels that blow the competition out of the water.

How can anyone argue with this??
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

I'll throw my hat into the happy Griots Garage customer. They have always done well by me for the products I use including their excellent 6"RO.

I purchased a product that's going around on Facebook. Product arrived damaged and after several emails and messages still no reply.
As stated in above post purchase from a trusted source with great customer service.
