Xtrafluff orange microfiber wash mitt, awesome value.

I bought two blue MF xtraFluff style mitts. I agree the blue is thicker and softer, but the inner liner material is less durable. I still think Meguiar’s wash mitt is a great value too. Only complaint with the Meguiar’s mitt is the stiff cuff.

I like the fact that Meguiars X3002 Wash Mitt is white. Visually, it has shorter fibers compared to XtraFluff Orange Microfiber Wash Mitt. Could we assume that shorter fibers will stay less contaminated? If not, it should be easier to pick contaminant out with shorter fibers.

I agree that Micro-Chenille Wash Mitt holds ton of water and very little suds. To me, it serves very little purpose. I'd only use it on dirty lower body panels as pre-wash to keep my XtraFluff Orange Microfiber Wash Mitt less contaminated

I’ll tell you from experience the Meguiar’s X3002 mitts has remained very soft for going two plus years of use. It’s been machine washed and dried probably close to 100 times. I’ve had tar stick to it and removed it with Tarminator and a soft toothbrush with no ill effects.
