    Experience with AIO

Which AIO is your fall back product? Working a ton and recovering from surgery I don't have the time or the body now to do several steps. I just want to wash clay and apply with a Porter cable I own. I use to be very into detailing and I haven't in quite a while. My car is pretty much new also a white 2015 audi a3

    Re: Experience with AIO

I'm using Griot's Garage One-Step Sealant right now the few times I use an AIO. The correction isn't bad and it looks amazing. The downfall of this product just like most AIO's is the very short lifespan. The last time I used it, the protection only lasted about six weeks.

HD Speed seems to be generating a lot of buzz these days. People seem to love the stuff and it gets great reviews. I've not tried it yet.

You might look into CarPro Essence. It has great reviews. Usually paired with a CarPro gloss pad.

I have only used Poli-Seal, but I paired it with an aggressive pad (cyan HydroTech) on a heavily swirled black paint, and it took out nearly all imperfections.

HD Speed is simply amazing. Good cut. Good finish. Easy to work with. It's everything you want an AIO to be.

The new Mckee's 360 has been favorably compared to HD Speed. It is super easy to use, requires virtually no wipe off, and according to Nick, provides 6 months of protection.

Can either of you speak to the durability of these products. In theory, I love the idea of an AIO because it's the right solution for my daily drivers where I'm not looking for perfection. However, with durability in the weeks, rather than months, it actually costs me more time because I'm constantly waxing the car every few weeks. The lack of durability is also a non-starter for winter when I need to go 4~5 without doing anything beyond a touchless wash.

    Experience with AIO

For winter I'd go HD speed and top with collinite or FK1000p. Easily 6 months. I'm still wearing FK1000p from last November. An AIO alone ain't going to cut it for winter.
In my day we didn't have the Internet, iPods,iPads, or smart phones....but we had some really bad-azz cars.
