Only if it's not too dirty. There are LIMITS to what you can do without running water.

As Mike noted, the best bet is to go to the coin-op car wash. What I do in winter is use the coin-op car wash to blast off all the crud. I use only the high pressure rinse to do this. Avoid using their soap spray as that will likely strip off your LSP over time. If really dirty, I will pretreat the vehicle using my rinseless product (Wolfgang Uber) mixed at the waterless ratio and applied with a hand pump-up sprayer. Then back home I do a full rinseless wash to complete the cleaning.
