Could Tunch confirm that 3D One needs or doesn't need a panel wipe prior to the 3D coating.
He does say to use it. It's at 25:15 in the video

How would you rate 3D one in terms of Cut/Finish on a scale of 1 to 10?

3D one can remove 1500grit sanding marks is what they claim. That would make it probably a 8.5/10 on cut. But note thats with a aggressive cutting pad. To finish out you would probably have to use a less aggressive pad.
3D one can cut that's for sure but i don't consider it a 1 step/pad product. Unless you wanted to just do a light polish of course. If you use its cutting ability be prepared to swamp out to polishing/finishing pads.
Hopefully, Mike or someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

As you can see from the date stamps, I helped Tunch/3D test their version of a ceramic coating for many years. Tunch was extremely adamant about only introducing a coating to the market if it could perform as well or better than the what was already in place. No better life experience than to work hand and hand with the owner of a chemical company who is also a chemist/inventor.
