Totally understand. I try and do the same. But obviously not to the extent you do! You da man!
Huh. Hadn't realized posted about that before. :) Oh, I hate when that happens. Can't find posts that I made. Reviews is easier, since I only have a handful.
Job coming up on the 29th. I'll give it a go. If it works out, I'll have to order more!
They work fine for compounds. In fact I use them all the time for wiping off compound residue.
I also like to show options for towels with more bite for speed wiping. Also for sticky compounds.
I try to always use and show in my classes, compounds that work great and wipe-off easy. But some compounds can wipe off hard especially in some climates. To help in these situations, a more STOUT towel with a larger nap can assist.
Good question. Thank you for asking.
:)

See the arm holder uppers?

Where did you find those at? My wife has issues at work and those could take care of it.
Thanks
Thanks. Did a search for them on there but I guess I wasn't calling them the right thing.

After you use the Wheel Woolies black wheel brush one time you'll agree they are the perfect wheel cleaning brush. I use them for cosmetic engine detailing for the same reasons I like them for wheel cleaning.

IMPORTANT
BE CAREFUL WHEN CLEANING AROUND RUBBER AIR VALVE STEMS
As rubber valve stems age the rubber breaks down, cracks and deteriorates. If you BUMP them with a brush you can break them off and now you have a FLAT TIRE.

TUF SHINE Tire Brush

Did you now there's a SCIENCE to the bristles of brushes?
You bet there is.
I'd say it's hard to find anyone that can verbalize the reasons for different types and sizes let alone someone that can type it out. When it comes to scrubbing tires you don't want to use a brush with long bristles.
Why?
Because using your hand, arm and shoulder muscles to scrub a vertical surface a LOT as in over and over again, taxes your muscles and then you simply don't do a very good job of actually getting the tires sidewalls clean. What works better for the tire and for the human is a brush that uses SHORT STIFF BRISTLES like the hand-held brush you see in the picture below. What works even better is to machine scrub your tires.

Thanks for your trust Mark. Sometimes a more stout towel is just the ticket.
I also packed these for my Roadshow Class this weekend in Auburn, Indiana. This is the first time I'm using these towels in a class. Hope to get feedback from the class on what they think.
