I'm also working on a brand new article that will share what I think is a brand new technique as it relates to carefully washing a coated car.

Re: Review: Blackfire Pro-Ceramic Coating Wash
CarPro Reset, Ultima Paint Guard Wash, and Dodo Supernatural Soap all leave nothing behind. I’ve pretty much stuck with Reset as it is the cheapest per ounce. It will be awhile before I go through my current supply. Always good to see a new soap hit the market.

Re: Review: Blackfire Pro-Ceramic Coating Wash
I get confused: Meg’s Hyperwash leaves nothing behind, but it’s not marketed as a coating soap... but is there really any difference? Less grime cleaning power compared to Reset and other coating-specific washes? Does Hyperwash maybe leave surfacants behind, therefore not rinsing as cleanly?

Re: Review: Blackfire Pro-Ceramic Coating Wash
I use optimum car wash as PH neutral and not suppose to leave anything behind. I don’t mind spending more money but question.... what makes this and reset so much more than optimum or hyperwash? Are they really better?

Great thread, Mike, I'll have to try this on my car, good to know that it was designed for ceramic paint coatings.
