RPM for RPM, the Mille is the most powerful. It has the highest orbit per revolution and OPM’s. It has almost double the orbits per revolution than the Makita. According to Todd Helme, correcting on a forced DA is best from 430 RPM - 490 RPM. So, the higher RPM of the Makita may actually go against you by creating too much heat.

    RPM Range

    RUPES Mille = 265 to 535

    Makita PO5000C = 0 to 780

    FLEX BEAST = 0 to 480

What is stated on paper doesn't always equate to real-world experience. But - it's a great starting point.

This is true. When stated RPM to RPM power, I was referring to the Makita and Mille because of their same orbit diameter. Does the higher RPM of the Makita make up for the lower OPM and orbits per revolution? Review: RUPES BIGFOOT MILLE LK 900E by Mike Phillips

    I don't know.

Sometimes all I do is get a buffer and buff with it and let my being let me know what's what.
